Jari Klemetti is a business minded legal advisor focusing on M&A transactions, commercial agreements, general corporate advisory and investments in and formation of private equity funds and growth company related matters (investments, funding, shareholder agreements). 

Jari has a twenty-five-year experience in corporate leadership roles and as in-house legal advisor both in Finland and abroad. Jari has acted as counsel to domestic and international clients on M&A, financing and investment transactions, corporate law, general commercial agreements and private equity funds related assignments, including fund formation and investments, fund restructuring, secondaries and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Dilia Jari worked as legal and government affairs director in media industry, legal counsel in a corporate law firm and as independent entrepreneur and legal consultant.
