Dilia advised Fintoil in Super Senior RCF -financing

Dilia acted as legal advisor for Fintoil in connection with Fintoil's 13 million euro Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility financing arrangement (SSRCF). SSRCF -facility will be used mainly for working capital purposes and in the first phase it will be used to finance for purchasing of raw materials for production.

Fintoil's biorefinery in Hamina is the world's third largest refinery of crude tall oil. Hamina biorefinery produces from by-product (Crude Tall Oil, CTO) of the kraft pulping process for instance crude fatty acids for the production of second generation renewable diesel and biochemicals for use in chemical, food and pharma industries.
