Dilia advises on the launch of new animal hospital Sacrum

Dilia acted as legal advisor of the shareholders and Eläinsairaala Sacrum Oy in connection with the launch of the company’s operations. Dilia’s advised in the structuring of the company and ownership, incorporating the company, drafting and negotiating the shareholders’ agreement, as well as preparing the business agreements for the new animal hospital relating to renovation and leasing of the premises.

Eläinsairaala Sacrum Oy is an independent animal hospital founded and owned by veterinarians and focusing on small animal care. The company provides veterinary services both directly and through its subsidiaries. Sacrum Oy was created by four veterinarians with a shared vision to transform industry practices and deliver ethically sustainable, high-quality care for pets. Pet well-being, client trust, and staff satisfaction form the core values of Sacrum’s operations.

The grand opening of Eläinsairaala Sacrum Oy took place on 12 July 2025. The new animal hospital is located in Vantaa at Porttisuontie 13.
