Dilia advises Suomen Ilotulitus Oy in real estate transaction

Dilia has been pleased to assist Suomen Ilotulitus Oy in the acquisition of a Warehousing & Logistics centre in Lohja in order to consolidate company’s Dancing Fountains and firework business into one location and prepare the balance for growth and development over the next 2-3 years. Dancing Fountains, which is basically a water fountain & lights show created in Finland, has already enthralled huge audiences in Finland in places such as Korkeasaari zoo in Helsinki, Tampere Light Festival, Porvoo City,  and many more. The show will be taken to Scandinavia and mainland Europe in 2025.
